Our Story

A Bakery Built on Craft, Not Convenience

Glass House Cafe opened its doors on South Main Street with a simple conviction: that a community deserves a bakery where the ingredients are honest, the process is deliberate, and every item that leaves the kitchen has been made with genuine care.

We bake small batches every morning. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who share our standards. We don't cut corners because we believe our neighbors in Fall River can tell the difference — and they deserve nothing less.
